Tons of New Features on the way
Support Nerds is planning a lot of really top-notch upgrades to help facilitate customers better and add many advantages of being a Support Nerds customer. A few updates in the works are;
- The ability to socially network you and your friends into the Support Nerds Network. You’ll be able to easily suggest Support Nerds to your friends
- A more stable platform with a customer center so you can review your previous orders
- Increased phone support. All expert will have their own phone line so you can contact your tech personally.
- Expert bounding, you will be bounded to your expert so when you come back for computer support, you’ll get to work with the same tech as you have before
- Scheduling. Is your expert not online, you’ll be able to view their schedule and book a time that suites you best when your bounded technician is available
