<p>Support Nerds is proud to announce the release of it&#8217;s Disaster Recovery CD. This disaster recovery CD is added to the list of growing options our technicians have to fight viruses and other common PC problems. It allows our experts to fix severe root kit malware and viruses and other problems that result in a disabled operating system.</p>
<h2>Multiple Options to Obtain Recovery CD</h2>
<p>Customers are able to download our Recovery program onto a secondary computer and then burn it to a CD.  The customer then puts the CD into the affected computer and powers that computer on. Now our technicians have the ability to access the affected system from our Recovery program.  If the customer does not have a CD burner we are able to mail a CD directly to the customer which will arrive in 1 to 3 days.  Even if we need to mail the software to you, this is often still a faster option for operating system recovery than bringing your computer to a repair shop because we will work on your issue the day you get the CD.</p>
