When we get customers whose PC’s won’t even boot up to windows in normal mode or safe mode and need a system repair, not having your Operating System CD can pose an issue in some instances. Some customers were only given recovery CD’s from the company they bought the PC from, this too can pose issues in retaining personal data.

With the new disaster recovery CD added to the list of growing options our technicians have to fight viruses and other common PC problems, it extends the options of Support Nerds to help assist customers from recovering from severe root kit malware and viruses and other problems that result in a disabled operating system.
