<p>Support Nerds is planning a lot of really top-notch upgrades to help facilitate customers better and add many advantages of being a Support Nerds customer. A few updates in the works are;</p>
<ul>
<li>The ability to socially network you and your friends into the Support Nerds Network. You&#8217;ll be able to easily suggest Support Nerds to your friends</li>
<li>A more stable platform with a customer center so you can review your previous orders</li>
<li>Increased phone support. All expert will have their own phone line so you can contact your tech personally.</li>
<li>Expert bounding, you will be bounded to your expert so when you come back for computer support, you&#8217;ll get to work with the same tech as you have before</li>
<li>Scheduling. Is your expert not online, you&#8217;ll be able to view their schedule and book a time that suites you best when your bounded technician is available</li>
</ul>
